Stewed Сhicken with Beans, Sausages and Vegetables

Let’s make a chicken stew with beans, sausages, celery, peppers, and tomatoes. All your family members will ask for more and more supplements. It will turn out satisfying and unrealistically tasty.

  • Chicken thighs – 800 g
  • Canned red beans – 200 g
  • Sliced ​​tomatoes in their own juice – 200 g
  • Hunting sausages – 100 g
  • Carrots – 100 g
  • Onions – 80 g
  • Petioled celery – 50 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 50 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Provencal herbs – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon


  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel the carrots. Wash and dry chicken thighs. Drain the liquid from the beans.
  2. Use a sharp knife to remove the bones from the chicken thighs.
  3. Cut the chicken into medium pieces. Pour oil (2 tablespoons) into a frying pan, heat, and put the chicken. Fry the chicken over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove skillet from heat. Transfer the meat to a bowl and cover to keep warm.
  5. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a skillet. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, and place in the pan.
  6. Cut the celery into pieces, add to the onion. Return the pan to the heat and sauté the onion and celery, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  7. Cut the carrots into quarters. Pepper seeds and cut into cubes. Add carrots and peppers to the skillet with onions and celery and stir. Stir the vegetables for 2 minutes.
  8. Peel the sausages and cut into slices, add to the pan with vegetables, and stir.
  9. Add chopped tomatoes in your own juice there. Peel and chop the garlic. Add the garlic to the skillet.
  10. Put the fried chicken in a pan, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, salt.
  11. Stir, bring to a boil, cover. Simmer the chicken with sausages and vegetables over low heat for 20 minutes.
  12. Add beans, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes
  13. The chicken stewed with beans, sausages, and vegetables is ready.
  14. Divide the chicken with beans, sausages, and vegetables into bowls and serve.
