Ingredients

  • 1 pork fillet (s) (approx. 800 g)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 ml cream
  • 200 g cream cheese (natural or herbs)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into 8 pieces, season with salt, pepper and fry in oil. Then remove from the pan and wrap each slice in bacon.
  2. Clean the spring onions and zucchini and cut into thin rings or slices. If the zucchini is too big, cut the slices in half. Braise in the fat.
  3. Put the zucchini and spring onions in a baking dish and place the fillet on top. Warm up the cheese and cream, season and pour over it. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C (top and bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
