  • 1 egg yolk
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the meat with a pinch of salt and pepper. Brown all over in the pan.
  2. For the cheese and herb crust, finely crumble the toast, mix with breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs, mustard and egg yolk and season with salt and pepper. Possibly add a little more oil.
  3. Brush the cooled meat with the mixture and press firmly. Bake in an oven preheated to 225 ° C for about 15 minutes.
