Ingredients

  • 300 g pork oulash
  • pepper
  • acon, diced
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 500 g mushrooms (frozen or fresh)
  • broth
  • Sauce thickener, dark
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Season the meat with pepper and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the bacon and onion cubes and fry.
  3. Add the mushrooms and pour the broth to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
  4. Finally stir in the sweet cream and bind with a dark sauce thickener until the desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Serve with hash browns and a fresh salad or vegetables of your choice.
