  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 1 can (s) mushrooms or fresh ones
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon broth, (instant)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • oil
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel a little and fry briefly in oil. Put in a baking dish and keep warm in the oven. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Cut the leek into thin slices. Fry the onion and garlic in the frying fat of the schnitzel, add the leek and mushrooms. Let simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir in the cream and dissolve the broth in it. Stir the whole thing and pour over the schnitzel.
  2. Put the baking dish in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes at approx. 200 ° C.
