Pork in Teriyaki Sauce with Vegetable Salad

Meat recipe for those who follow a healthy lifestyle. Despite the fact that pork cannot be called dietary meat, due to the light vegetable side dish and dietary method of preparation, pork in teriyaki sauce is not very high in calories.

Cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Pork – 500 g
Carrots – 200 g (1 pcs.)
Zucchini or zucchini – 200 g (1 pc.)
Green beans (fresh or frozen) – 150 g
Teriyaki sauce with honey – 50 ml
Orange juice – 30 ml
Olive oil – 30 ml
Sesame – 15 g

Directions

Grate the carrots for the Korean carrots.
Grate zucchini or young zucchini on the same grater in a bowl with carrots.
Cut the beans in half. Combine vegetables and set aside.
Cut the pork into small cubes.
String the pieces of meat on wooden skewers, previously soaked in water.
Brush the pork with honey teriyaki sauce and place on the grill or barbecue rack.
I have a grill pan, you can grill or open fire. Grill the meat for about 20 minutes until tender, brushing occasionally with sauce.
For the dressing, combine sesame seeds, orange juice and vegetable oil. Mix the vegetables in a bowl.
Put the zucchini, carrot and bean salad on a plate, add the sauce to the salad and stir. Place the pork skewer on top.
