  1. Grate the carrots for the Korean carrots.
  2. Grate zucchini or young zucchini on the same grater in a bowl with carrots.

  3. Cut the beans in half. Combine vegetables and set aside.
  4. Cut the pork into small cubes.
  5. String the pieces of meat on wooden skewers, previously soaked in water.

  6. Brush the pork with honey teriyaki sauce and place on the grill or barbecue rack.
