Pork Kebab at Home

Delicious, juicy pork shashlik, smoky … Not worse than fried on the grill. Try it and see for yourself. 

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Pork – 2 kg
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Lemon – 1/2 pc.
  • Seasonings for meat – 5 tablespoons
  • Sunflower oil – 5 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut half the lemon into half rings.
  2. Cut the meat into portions (large, small, which are convenient for you).
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, or into rings.
  4. Put the meat in a bowl, add the onion, squeeze the lemon juice and put its slices. Pour 4-5 tbsp seasonings, salt and pepper to taste. Pour 5 tbsp sunflower oil. We mix. We give to marinate (at least 4 hours). Stir the kebab periodically.
  5. I used a special kebab maker. You can also cook this shashlik in the oven, setting the temperature to 180 ° C. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Put the finished kebab on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired.
