Pork Kebab “Fast”

A simple and reliable recipe is pork kebab in vinegar. Probably, everyone has their own opinion on what is the best way to marinate a kebab – in wine, kefir, mayonnaise or mineral water. But this method will never let you down, pork kebab in vinegar always turns out to be soft, tender, and also fast!

Ingredients

  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Vinegar – 1-2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25-0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  2. Cut the pork pulp into small portions.
  3. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with sugar, moisten with vinegar.
  4. Add a small amount of thinly chopped onions, stir and marinate (preferably in earthenware or earthenware dishes) for 3-4 hours in a cold place.
  5. Then chop the meat on skewers along with the onion or bell pepper rings.
  6. Grill pork skewers in vinegar over hot coals on the grill.
  7. Serve the tender pork skewers hot.
  8. When serving, you can sprinkle the skewers with onion rings marinated in vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper.
