Ingredients
Pork (neck) -1 kg
Onions – 2 pcs.
Kefir – 1 glass
Green onions – 1 bunch
Parsley greens – 1 bunch
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 0.5-1 teaspoon
Directions
Peel the onions, wash, cut into rings. Wash green onions, chop finely. Wash the parsley, chop finely.
Rinse the meat, cut into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, mix with onions and green onions. Sprinkle with parsley.
Pour with kefir. Marinate pork in kefir for 2 hours.
Kebab pork marinated in kefir on skewers (can be mixed with onions).
Fry pork kebabs in kefir over hot coals until cooked, turning occasionally.
Remove the ready-made pork kebab on kefir from the skewers.
