I added garlic to the barbecue marinade. It turned out very tasty and aromatic.
Ingredients
Pork – 700 g
Onions – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1-1.5 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
Chopped red pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
Marjoram – 0.25 teaspoon
Thyme – 0.25 teaspoon
Directions
Peel, wash and finely chop the onion. Peel and chop the garlic.
Prepare marinade: mix onion, garlic, salt, ground black pepper, ground red pepper, marjoram, thyme. Or you can take a ready-made barbecue seasoning. Add vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix.
Cut the meat into 4-5 cm pieces. You can use the pulp or pieces with ribs.
Stir the meat and marinade, leave in a cool place for 1.5-2 hours.
String the meat on skewers. Do not shake the onion and garlic from the meat, let them fry together.
Grill the kebab over charcoal until tender. Turn over from time to time.
