Ingredients

  • 2 pork loin (s)
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 tomato (s), sliced
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • 300 g pasta
  • 250 ml cream
  • ml milk, 3.5%
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • pepper
  • salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour while stirring vigorously. Then mix with milk and cream. This often results in lumps which, after a while, dissolve through stirring. Heat and stir until the sauce is thick. If it is too runny, you can thicken it with flour. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
  3. Fry the bacon with a little butter. Sear the loin with the onions and garlic on all sides and then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Now fill a baking dish with a little sauce and spread it on. Place the loin with the onions and garlic and then cover the pasta, tomatoes, bacon and cheese in the order in which they are. Finally top up with sauce.
  5. Place the casserole in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
