  • 10 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin into 8-10 small slices and wrap the bacon around it. Then place in a baking dish. Mix the cream with the tomato paste and paprika powder. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the loin. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 30 to 40 minutes. This is served with rice or noodles and a fresh salad. Tip: You can also replace the tomato paste with chilli sauce, shashlik sauce or something similar.
