Pork Loin Pork

An uncomplicated option for cooking lean, tasty and aromatic baked boiled pork.

Ingredients

  • Boneless pork loin – 800 g
  • Hops-suneli – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried garlic – 1 teaspoon
  • Adjika (pasta) – 1 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Rinse the meat and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix spices, salt, adjika and oil. Rub the pork loin with this mixture. Cover the dishes with meat and refrigerate.
  3. After 2 hours, wrap the meat tightly in foil or put in a baking bag and place in an ovenproof dish.
    Bake pork in the oven heated to 180 ° C for 1.5 hours.
    Then unfold the foil or bag and bake the boiled pork for another 15 minutes, so that the meat is browned.
  4. Cool the finished baked meat, cut into thin slices, and you can enjoy!
