Ingredients

  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 80 g herb butter
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g pork fillet (s) (medallions)
  • 1 baguette (s)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the thyme, reserve some for garnish.
  2. Knead the herb butter with the breadcrumbs and the chopped thyme.
  3. Season the medallions with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the medallions for 2 minutes on each side, then place in an ovenproof dish.
  4. Spread the breadcrumbs and herbs mixture on the medallions. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° for about 10 minutes. Put the baguette in the oven accordingly (after approx. 2 minutes).
  5. Garnish with thyme and serve with a baguette.
