Ingredients

  • 500 g pork loin (fillet)
  • 4 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, finely diced
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • olive oil
  • 1 dash white wine
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into medallions. Salt and pepper and fry in olive oil on both sides. Take out and place side by side in a baking dish.
  2. Fry the onions in the olive oil and add the garlic. Deglaze with white wine, cream and crème fraîche. Season to taste with salt, pepper and broth. Pour the sauce over the medallions and sprinkle everything with cheese.
  3. Baked at 200 ° C for about 1/2 hour.
  4. We serve salad and croquettes with it.
