Pork Salad with Pickled Mushrooms

The recipe for a delicious and hearty salad with mushrooms and boiled meat. It prepares quickly and looks beautiful. The perfect salad for the New Year and any other holiday!

Ingredients

  • Boiled pork – 200 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 100 g
  • Pickled champignons – 100 g
  • Green onions – 0.5 bunch
  • Salt to taste

For the sauce:

  • Sour cream – 3-4 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. To prepare a salad with pickled mushrooms, you do not need a lot of products. Pork adds satiety to the salad. Boil a piece of pulp and cut into strips.
  2. Cut the pepper into strips. To make the salad look beautiful and truly festive, you can take a bell pepper in two colors – red and yellow. Cut the pepper into strips.
  3. Finely chop the green onions. It will not only decorate a salad with mushrooms, but also add flavor.
  4. Put meat, pepper and pickled mushrooms in a salad bowl.
  5. Make sour cream sauce in a separate bowl: mix sour cream, mustard and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Season the salad with sour cream sauce. If desired, replace the sauce with mayonnaise.
  7. Sprinkle the mushroom salad with green onions and decorate with slices of bell pepper. The meat salad with pickled mushrooms is ready!
