Pork – 250 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Sesame – 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
For bread crumbs:
White bread – 4 slices
Salt to taste

To speed up the cooking process, you can of course use commercial bread crumbs.
Directions
First, prepare bread crumbs. Cut the white bread into slices. It is desirable that it be callous.
Cut bread slices into random pieces. Season with salt, add spices. Dry in the oven or in a dry frying pan.
Place the croutons in a blender bowl. Grind. The breadcrumbs are ready.
Cut the pork into thin slices. Using a special tool, beat off the meat and season with salt on both sides to taste.
Now you need to roll the raw schnitzel in flour.
Beat the egg with a whisk. You can add some milk. Then dip each bite well and evenly in the egg.
Stir in the sesame seeds and spices. Dip the pork in this mixture.
Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Place the schnitzel in the pan.
Fry in a large amount of oil over low heat, 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. When the schnitzel is ready, place it on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
