Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 100 g pork schnitzel
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes (do not peel them) and cook them.
  2. Rinse the schnitzel with cold water and pat dry. Clean and chop the mushrooms and spring onions. Fry the schnitzel in 1 teaspoon of hot oil on both sides. Then add the chopped onions and mushrooms and fry for about 3-5 minutes, checking from time to time! Now add the crème fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Arrange nicely on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley as needed.
  3. Drain and peel the potatoes. Half of it can be eaten with meat and the other half can be saved for a cold meal, e.g., Heat in the evening with a little herb butter and a herring. So here you have a great meal for those who lose weight, which should not have more than 320 calories.
