Instructions

  1. Wash the pork rind and simmer in a saucepan with boiling water for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the rind into approx. 2 x 1 cm rectangles.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 100 ° C top / bottom heat for 2 hours.
  4. After the oven, I leave it overnight in a warm place covered with kitchen paper.
  5. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or saucepan to 180 - 200 ° C and deep-fry the rind pieces until they are golden brown.
  6. Season to taste with salt, paprika or chilli, depending on your taste.
