Pork Steak

Make a delicious, juicy pork steak. This meat dish is so simple that anyone can make it.

Ingredients

  • Pork steak on the bone – 2 pcs. (180 g each)
  • Olive oil for the marinade – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Dried basil – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Dried rosemary – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Olive oil for frying – 2 tablespoons l.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

How to cook pork steak in a skillet:

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic, passed through a press, olive oil (1 tablespoon), basil, rosemary, thyme, ground black pepper, freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon.
  2. Dip each piece of steak in the marinade on all sides, leave the steaks in this bowl.
  3. Cover the pork steaks with foil and leave to marinate for 3 hours. Turn the pieces over from time to time.
  4. When the steaks are marinated, pour 2 tablespoons into a preheated skillet. l. olive oil. Place the meat in a skillet and fry on each side over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the finished pork steak hot, with sauce to taste and a side dish (preferably vegetable).
