Incredibly delicious, hearty, and juicy pork steak. A very simple and inexpensive recipe.
Cook: 25 mins
Servings: 2
Ingredients
Pork neck – 700 g
Peeled tomatoes in their own juice – 100 g
Soy sauce – 20 ml
Chili sauce – 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil – 30 g
Butter – 10 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Spices for meat – to taste
Directions
Cut lengthwise into 2 pieces. We salt on both sides and beat off with a fist. Let marinate for a few minutes.
Put the tomatoes in a saucepan or ladle. Pour in soy sauce. Add chili ketchup. Bring to a boil, then salt and pepper.
Be sure to grease the pork steaks with vegetable oil on all sides so that they do not stick to the pan during the frying process.
Heat the pan to a temperature of 180 degrees (the fire is slightly above average), grease with vegetable oil. Put the steaks in a skillet and fry on one side for 1.5 minutes.
Turn over, sprinkle with black pepper and fry the pork steaks in a pan for another 3.5 minutes. Turn over again, fry for another 3.5 minutes on the other side.
We do the same operation again and sprinkle with spices on top. Lubricate the top with butter to soften the crust. Leave the pork steaks in the pan for another 3.5 minutes.
Interrupt the tomatoes with spices with an immersion blender and pour them into a sauce bowl.
