Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into 1/2 cm strips. Mix the flour, salt and pepper, turn the meat in it. Peel the onions and cut rings. Heat the butter and brown the meat in it.
  2. Reduce the heat, add the onions and brown them lightly. Roast the tomato paste. Mix in the paprika powder. Pour the cream and meat stock on top, otherwise the paprika will burn and become bitter.
  3. Let everything simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tastes great with rice.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
