Ingredients

  • 2 small pork schnitzel
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack spinach leaves, frozen product
  • nutmeg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • some Milk
  • oregano
  • 60 g cheese, rated or sliced

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut the spring onion into small rings and cut the schnitzel into narrow strips. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Fry the spring onions in a deep frying pan in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add the meat and fry as well.
  3. Pour the milk into the pan. Add the beaker of sour cream and stir in the cream cheese. Then add the thawed spinach and stir in. Bring the whole thing to a boil again. Add oregano to taste and season the strips as needed.
  4. Just before serving, add the cheese to make the sauce a little thicker.
