Pork Tenderloin Kebabs

For barbecue, usually take the neck. But from the tenderloin, you get an equally tasty shish kebab.

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin – 300 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 9 pcs.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Greens – 0.5 bunch
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the tenderloin first across the fibres into 1 cm thick slices, and then into strips of a convenient width. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash and chop the greens.
  3. Slice the lemon.
  4. Mix meat, lemon, herbs. Add vegetable oil. Leave on for 1-2 hours.
  5. String the meat on skewers in the shape of an “S”. String cherry tomatoes between fillet pieces.
  6. Fry the kebab, turning it from time to time, over hot coals until tender.

Tenderloin kebab is ready.
