Ingredients

  • 1 pork fillet (s) (pork sirloin)
  • some vegetable stock, instant
  • pepper
  • 1 cup basmati, large cup
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 cup yogurt, Greek,
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the fat from the pork and cut into medallions, season with soup powder and pepper. Put some olive oil in a hot pan and fry the meat in it.
  2. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet,
  3. For the tzatziki, grate the cucumber, sprinkle with salt and let it soak in briefly. Then squeeze the water out of the cucumber. Mix the cucumber with the two yoghurts, the pressed garlic and 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil and season with salt.
  4. Arrange everything together on a plate.
