Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal, tender (approx. 200 - 250 ml content)
  • 2 ½ cup plant milk (plant drink), water or whole milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Measure the oatmeal and plant milk - I like to use rice milk - in a coffee cup and put in a saucepan. Wash, core and dice the apple. Put the apple pieces together with the raisins in the saucepan and cook for a few minutes. Add the salt and stir well, it creates a sweet taste. If you want, you can also sweeten it with sugar. Season with cinnamon to taste.
  2. Instead of apples and raisins, the porridge can also be prepared with any other fruit such as bananas, peaches, plums, blueberries, etc.
  3. If you use whole milk, the dish is no longer vegan.
