Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 handful berries, mixed, frozen
  • 1 handful nuts, mixed

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with salt and sugar to a boil on the stove. Add oatmeal and chia seeds and stir. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the berries and nuts. Let sources.
  2. Can be served warm or cold.
  3. A little tip: I like to use trail mix with cranberries instead of raisins for the nuts.
