- 350 ml milk
- 45 g oatmeal
- 15 g hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 15 g walnuts
- 40 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon, leveled honey
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Put the oat flakes with a pinch of salt in a small saucepan and pour the milk over them. Slowly heat the oatmeal over medium heat and stir regularly until it becomes thick.
- As soon as the oatmeal has the desired consistency, stir in the nuts, flax seeds and honey and carefully fold in the blueberries. After about 1 minute, remove from heat and serve warm.
