Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchino
  • 40 g oat flakes, crunchy or tender
  • 150 ml milk or a vegan alternative
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • possibly fruits, red ones, e.g. raspberries or cherries

Instructions

  1. Grate the washed zucchino. Gladly mixed coarsely and finely.
  2. Then put all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until you have the desired consistency.
  3. Stir in any fruit or pour onto the finished pore.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
