- Sugar – 4 Tbsp. spoons (plus for crumbling)
- Flour – 170 Grams

- Prepare all ingredients.
- Combine soft butter, sugar and yolk.
- Rub everything together with a fork or hands.
- Add flour.
- Knead to a smooth, soft dough.
- Now, pinching the pieces off the dough with your hands, roll the cookies into the form of long sticks. Cookies do not have to be the same length, the size generally depends on your preference. Dip the cookies in sugar on all sides and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- The Portuguese biscuits are ready. The cookies are fragile and very tender, with tea, coffee or milk – very tasty!
