Ingredients

  • 1 gr. can tuna in oil
  • 2 hard-boiled egg (s), cut into eighths
  • 2 pickles, finely chopped
  • 2 tomato (s), cut into eighths
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • curry powder
  • 125 g noodles, (mussel or croissant noodles)
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise, (salad mayonnaise)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and rinse with cold water. Pour off the oil from the tuna.
  2. Mix the tuna, eggs, cucumber, tomatoes and onions in a bowl and add
  3. Mix the oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and curry together. Add the cold pasta, mix everything thoroughly and season to taste.
  4. Let it steep overnight in the refrigerator and, if necessary, add a little mayonnaise and season again before serving.
