Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and then press them through the press while hot. Leave the bacon in a pan. Add to the potatoes. Now add the egg, salt and pepper and mix everything together.
  2. Now heat the oil in a pan and form cookies out of the potato dough. Bake until golden on both sides. Tastes good with schnitzel.
