  • parsley
  • 1 roll, cut into cubes
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 2 ½ tablespoon flour
  • 3 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Turn the potatoes boiled and peeled the day before through the meat grinder along with the onion and parsley. Toast the bread and bacon cubes in a pan and mix with the potatoes, as well as the flour, eggs and salt. Mix everything together well.
  2. Form dumplings from this mixture with floured hands and let them steep slowly in boiling salted water.
