- 1 onion (s)
- parsley
- 1 roll, cut into cubes
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 2 ½ tablespoon flour
- 3 egg (s)
- salt

- Turn the potatoes boiled and peeled the day before through the meat grinder along with the onion and parsley. Toast the bread and bacon cubes in a pan and mix with the potatoes, as well as the flour, eggs and salt. Mix everything together well.
- Form dumplings from this mixture with floured hands and let them steep slowly in boiling salted water.
