Ingredients

  • 1 dash oil
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced into small pieces
  • 1 large potato (s), finely diced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 6 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable broth, grained and yeast-free, or salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick pan with a lid, heat the oil and sweat the onions in it. Then fry the potato cubes well and let them take on the right color.
  2. When these are almost done, place the broccoli florets and mushroom slices on top and sprinkle with the stocking powder. Put the lid on and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn the temperature down and stir well. Keep the lid closed. The resulting condensation can flow smoothly to the vegetables. When the broccoli has the right firmness for you, the dish is ready.
