  • 3 onion (s)

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Broth, instant
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces. Fill the pot with stock until everything is well covered. Cut onions and garlic, add and cook until soft. Puree the soup, season with sour cream and spices.
  2. Before serving, add a dash of balsamic vinegar, it gives it a very fine taste.
