  • 1 kg potato (s) (potatoes)
  • 1 cauliflower (cauliflower)
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini
  • 1 packet bacon, diced
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon Cremefine
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs at will
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 packet pizza cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and slice the potatoes. Break cauliflower into small florets and cook until al dente. Cut the zucchini into strips, peel the onion and chop into small pieces.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan, add the onions and roast until golden. Add the zucchini and pour in the cremefine, fold in the chopped herbs if you like. In the meantime, put a layer of potatoes in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Place a layer of cauliflower on top and also season with salt and pepper. Then distribute half of the bacon and onion sauce over the potatoes and cauliflower. Then put another layer of potatoes and a layer of cauliflower into the mold and salt and pepper each time. Finally pour the rest of the bacon and onion sauce over it.
  3. Now place in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Finally, distribute the cheese on top, pepper a little, sprinkle with paprika powder and bake until the cheese is golden yellow.
