Potato and fish pancakes – delicious, satisfying, easy, and simple. Well, who would refuse ruddy fried potatoes with fish and mustard sauce!

Potatoes – 2-3 pcs. (350-400 g)
Bulb onions – 1 pc. (about 100 g)
Fish fillet – 500 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Seasoning for fish – to taste
Flour – 2 tbsp (60 g)
Vegetable oil – for frying (30-40 g)
For the sauce:
Sour cream – 3 tbsp (75 g)
Mild mustard – 1 tbsp (25 g)
Chopped greens – 1 tbsp (5 g)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
For the pancakes, prepare two masses – potato and fish. Rub the potatoes and onions on a coarse grater, add salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of flour, 1 egg and mix well. Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder, add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of flour, salt, seasoning for fish and mix well too.
Heat oil in a frying pan. We spread 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of potato mass. Top – 1 tablespoon. a spoon of fish mass. Smooth with a spoon. Fry the potato-fish pancakes over medium heat on one side and then on the other side until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes). For the sauce, combine sour cream, mustard, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the fish and potato pancakes on a plate, pour mustard sauce. You can prepare a tomato salad with pancakes. Enjoy your meal!
