Ingredients

  • 1 packet HENGLEIN potato gnocchi (500 g)
  • 2 sausages (00 g)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream (200 g)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel, halve and cut the red onion into strips. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
  2. 2. Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a pan with heated oil. Add red onions and fry briefly. Take everything out and set aside.
  3. 3. Fry the potato gnocchi with the heated butter until golden brown, then fold in the sausage and onion mixture. Add sour cream, mix with a little water if necessary and reduce briefly, season with salt & pepper.
  4. 4. Before serving, sprinkle fresh onions over the gnocchi sausage pan.
