  • 40 g mararine or butter
  • 4 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 250 g mushrooms, cooked
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes and fry them in the heated fat, turning them every now and then. Cut the peeled onions into rings and add to the potatoes after 10 minutes, season. Fry until the potatoes are almost done. Add the mushrooms and heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
