- 12 medium potato (s)
- 3 small onion (s)
- 200 g broccoli
- 2 salmon fillet (s)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper
- cheese, grated, e.g., Gouda
- oil for frying

- Cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes until cooked. Cut the onions into rings and fry in oil. Cook the broccoli in salted water until cooked.
- Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets, season with salt and pepper. Fry in oil on both sides until well done.
- Chop the chives, stir into the cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Peel and slice the boiled potatoes and place in a baking dish. Layer the onions, broccoli and salmon on top and pour the cream over them. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C with convection for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
