Ingredients

1 kg jacket potato (s), peeled
1 kg tomato (s)
1 bunch basil
a lot olive oil, good
250 g mountain cheese or Greyezer, Parmesan or similar.
Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Cut the peeled jacket potatoes and the prepared tomatoes into slices. Roughly chop the basil, grate the cheese.
Now layer all the ingredients alternately in a greased baking dish (oil, potatoes, tomatoes, spices, basil, oil, cheese, etc.), repeat if necessary. Finally, spread the grated cheese on top. Bake at 175 ° C (convection) for approx. 30 - 45 minutes.
