Ingredients
- 150 g ham, diced
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 pack dough (dumpling dough), half and half
- oil

- Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion and ham cubes briefly. Knead the dough with the bacon and onion mixture and form dumplings out of it.
- Place in boiling salted water and let steep for 20-30 minutes.
- A mushroom or onion sauce goes well with it.
