Ingredients

  • 150 g ham, diced
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 pack dough (dumpling dough), half and half
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion and ham cubes briefly. Knead the dough with the bacon and onion mixture and form dumplings out of it.
  2. Place in boiling salted water and let steep for 20-30 minutes.
  3. A mushroom or onion sauce goes well with it.
