Ingredients

  • 1.4 kg potato (s), mainly waxy ones
  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 2 apples
  • 300 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • 200 g camembert (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Halve the leek. Then wash and cut into small rings. Wash the apples and grate them roughly.
  2. Fry the leek with the diced bacon and rosemary in heated vegetable oil and season to taste. Add the apples and remove from the heat. Peel the potatoes and slice or cut them into thin slices.
  3. Then grease a baking dish and layer the potato slices with the leek and bacon mixture. Season the layers with salt and nutmeg. Then bring the cream to the boil with the milk, season with salt and nutmeg and pour over the potatoes. At the end, cut the camembert into slices and spread over them.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
