Potato Baskets with Mushrooms

Potato baskets with mushrooms are a delicious hot appetizer with amazing taste and original presentation!

Ingredients

  • Champignons – 300 g
  • Potatoes – 500 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Greens – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes in their skins in a saucepan with salted water. Boil potatoes, peel and mash them. Add one egg, melted butter, and finely chopped herbs to the puree.
  2. Chop the onion finely, chop the champignons and fry them in butter until all the liquid comes out of the champignons.
  3. Place mashed potatoes in muffin cups and spread evenly.
  4. Put the mushroom filling in the middle, cover the basket with mashed potatoes on top again, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Put the baskets with mushrooms in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Potato baskets are ready! They are delicious both hot and cold!
