Potato baskets with mushrooms, cheese, tomato and bacon are an original appetizer for a festive table. According to this recipe, potato baskets are very tasty and beautiful.

Ingredients
Potatoes – 3 pcs.
Champignons – 200 g
Processed cheese – 1 pc.
Smoked lard (bacon) – 100 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Egg – 1 pc.
Hard cheese – 50 g
Butter – 50 g
Vegetable oil – for frying
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
Seasoning – 0.5 teaspoon
Directions
Wash the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Peel, wash and cut onion into cubes. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Place the onion and mushrooms in a skillet.
Add butter.
Season with salt and seasoning. Fry for 5 minutes.
Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.
Place the cheese in a bowl and beat in 1 egg. Mix.
Cut smoked bacon (bacon) into cubes.
Cut the tomato into thin slices.
Place paper muffin cups in a silicone mold.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Place the potatoes in baskets, 5 plates in each mold.
Put the processed cheese on top, 0.5 teaspoon in each mold.
Then add the mushrooms.
Place the bacon, 2 slices in each pan.
Put 1 slice of tomato on top. Place the baskets of potatoes with mushrooms in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
Remove the potato baskets from the oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for another 7 minutes to melt the cheese.
Remove the baskets from the silicone mold. Remove paper cups. Place the mushroom and potato baskets on a platter and serve hot. Bon Appetit!
