Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 500 g beef soup meat
  • 1 large leek stick (s)
  • 4 large carrot (s)
  • 150 g celery
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 ½ liters water
  • 2 tablespoon lovage, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the beef in water for 1.5 hours.
  2. In the meantime, peel and cut the potatoes, celery and carrots and cut the leek into rings.
  3. After 1.5 hours, remove the meat from the broth and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then simmer the meat together with the vegetables and lovage in the broth for another half an hour and season with salt, pepper and parsley before serving.
