Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), floury boilin
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Mash the potatoes. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add egg yolks, starch, flour, baking powder to the potato mixture and finally fold in the egg whites. Season to taste with the spices.
  2. Heat some oil in the pan and use a tablespoon to put small blinis in the pan. Fry on both sides and keep warm.
