Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 250 ml cremefine
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • possibly butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and then peel them, cut the broccoli into florets and blanch them.
  2. Fry the bacon in a pan, if it is very lean, add a little butter or oil if necessary. Add the broccoli and garlic and fry briefly. Then put the potatoes, bacon and broccoli in a baking dish.
  3. For the sauce, whisk the Cremefine and the vegetable stock with the egg and season with paprika, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt. Pour over the vegetables and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius with a fan oven until the cheese is golden brown.
