Ingredients

  • 400 g carrot (s)
  • 400 g kohlrabi
  • 600 g potato (s)
  • 800 ml broth
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, dried
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 Vienna sausages

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions, potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi and cut into cubes. Then fry the onions in a saucepan with a little oil. Add the potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi and top everything up with the broth.
  2. Let the soup simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Then add the processed cheese and the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and add the parsley.
  3. Cut the wiener sausages into slices and put them in the saucepan, let them steep a little.
