Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 2 liters vegetable stock, possibly reduced in fat
  • 300 g herbal cream cheese, reduced fat
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Simmer everything in the vegetable stock for 20 minutes.
  2. Stir in the herbal cream cheese and then puree everything. If necessary, add salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
